Olympic Weightlifting Beginners Class

  • Our Beginners Class is an hour set aside to those who have little to no experience in weightlifting training.
  • You can get a feel to what weightlifting is like, learn the basic movements and meet the team!
  • Our Coach will walk you through the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, squats and presses to give you the confidence to progress into our regular sessions.
  • You have the option of staying in the beginners class as long as you need, till you feel confident with the basic movements.
