Our Beginners Class is an hour set aside to those who have little to no experience in weightlifting training!

 

Beginners

Olympic Weightlifting for Beginners 

  • Our Beginner Classes are one on one sessions set aside for you to be able to create confidence and good movement patterns within a controlled environment.
  • You can get a feel to what weightlifting is like, learn the basic movements and meet the team!
  • Our Coach will walk you through the Snatch, Clean & Jerk, squats and presses to give you the confidence to progress into our regular sessions.
  • You have the option of staying in the beginner classes as long as you need, till you feel confident with the basic movements.

Masters


Olympic Weightlifting for Masters 

  • Our masters program can vary from just wanting to develop and maintain muscle mass and strength to competing on the world stage.
  • Muscle mass is one of the biggest contributors to a long, mobile life.
  • Our head coach will work with you to make sure limitations and stretchions are accounted for and programmed around.
  • We understand that volume and intensity can play a big role in an older athlete and every program will be individually programmed to make sure we have the best fit for you.

Junior and youth

  • Our junior and youth program focuses on very general athleticism coupled with learning and developing the Olympic lifts.
  •  We know everyone develops at a different rate so we take into account of each individuals strengths and weakness to create the best program for you.
  • Our head coach will work with you to make sure limitations and stretchions are accounted for and programmed around.
  • We address the myths around kids lifting weights and make sure they are guided correctly each step of the way.
